Tried to go to our normal gym tonight and it was going through a refurb…thanks for letting us know!! Ended up at Bella where it was pretty busy, but managed to get on everything I needed.
WALK: to and from work – 1.2 miles, 22 mins. 160 Calories.
RUN: 11 minutes, 1.3 miles, 250 Calories.
CYCLE: 20 mins on hill setting, 7.5 km, 200 Calories
WEIGHTS: 50 minutes. x15 weight exercises – 6kg weights. 3×12 & 6×12. 200 Calories.
Used 6kg weights again, felt ok, but got hungry towards the end! Cod for dinner! Yum!
