I found this Tag Cloud Generator and thought I’d share it with you:
It’s free and pretty cool – you enter your words or URL by clicking on Load, then you can get it to come up with lots of different shapes, styles and colours of tag clouds… you can even put in your own shapes too. 
Here’s a few simple ones I made from the profile and words from my CV:
