I’m putting this on here so that I (hopefully) drag my a$$ out of bed tomorrow morning to go to the gym before work!
Here’s what I’m planning:
The first three groups of exercises will be done as triple supersets: 8-10 reps for the first two exercises, then the Plyometrics for 30 secs. And I’ll do 3 sets of each.
Then I’ll do 3 circuits of the abs work, 30 secs work, 6 secs recovery: 8 exercises.
Sounds good to me. . I only hope I can get to the gym for 630am!
I am looking forward to it, but I might be thinking differently at 6am when I wake up! Fingers crossed eh? Best to try and get up, dressed and at the gym before my brain figures out what I’m up to!
I’ve got no excuses now!
